Harbour Assist
Waiheke Marina is the first marina in New Zealand to use Harbour Assist as its berth management software. With your Harbour Assist account, set up in a few easy steps, you will be able to access your account (as a berth holder) or book berths for use (for casual renters).

Tallyweb

TallyWeb is a web-based system that enables access throughout the marina and manages delivery of and payment for all services on offer for Berth Holders and visiting boaties. All visitors need to set up an account with TallyWeb to access the marina and use its facilities and services, before they enter the marina. Once set up, individual accounts will be good for future visits from then on.

Visitors to the marina will receive a Pin Code via TallyWeb to enable access to the marina, its toilets and main gate after hours. Visitor access fee is set at $1 per day, with this fee pledged to the Maritime Trust. Additional costs for power, water and use of showers are payable separately via TallyWeb.
