This week the scaffolding came off our bespoke office and café building in Whangarei and preparations are underway for it to make its journey to Kennedy Point, where it will become the centre piece of the marina.
On site, Heron Construction finished the marina wharf and their jack-up barge left site for the last time. Meanwhile, Total Marine Services are only a few weeks away from finishing the last pier.
This week we also updated our website with details of the serviced berths that will be available to rent at Kennedy Point (part-day, full day or multi day), as well as the berthage that will be available by the hour for trailer boats. That’s right, you’ll be able to take your own boat to lunch on Waiheke – leaving it safe in the marina, even overnight (it its a good lunch!). Check out our Berths section for all you need to know.
